EDS Service Solutions is an Atlanta-based provider of staffing, recruitment process outsourcing, business process outsourcing, managed labour solutions, consulting and lean workforce programmes. It was founded by Sonya Locke, now its CEO, who the company says has 27 years of experience in human capital management and the airport ecosystem.

The company recruits for car rental, aviation, hospitality, logistics, automotive, retail and facilities management clients. In car rental it outsources roles such as reservation agents, counter agents, transporters and fleet maintenance technicians. For airports and airlines it fills positions including airport security, parking attendants, ground personnel and ticket counter and gate agents. Hospitality clients include hotels, resorts and rental property management companies.

It can fill whole departments or individual functions, and says its services cover labour strategy development, recruitment, onboarding and training, schedule management and performance monitoring. It uses its proprietary Workforce Velocity technology. The company says it manages operations across 170 locations in at least 42 U.S. states and supports more than 7,000 employees.
