Edison Talent is an Australian-owned specialist recruitment firm that has operated since 2015. It recruits across IT, accounting and finance, HR, legal, construction and engineering, and also fills restructuring and insolvency roles. It serves small and medium businesses, enterprises and government.

In technology it places full-stack developers, data analysts, project managers and cyber and cloud security specialists on permanent and contract terms. It says it actively services more than 120 IT companies in South East Queensland, with relationships dating from 2006. Finance work covers payroll, accounts payable and receivable, financial and management accounting, and taxation roles. Construction roles include site managers, estimators and foremen, while engineering covers civil, structural and mechanical engineers. Legal work covers corporate and commercial law, litigation and compliance, and HR work covers HR directors, business partners and talent acquisition.

The firm says it approaches high-performing candidates proactively rather than relying on job boards. It has consultants in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Melbourne, Adelaide and Rockhampton, and also covers the Sunshine Coast. Tom McGruther and Oliver Wright are listed as directors.
