Edison Search is a recruitment and executive search agency headquartered in Dubai. It was established in 2016 by recruitment industry veterans, who say they set out to improve on inefficiencies in current industry practices. It works globally and says it focuses on bringing international talent into the MENA region, not only candidates available locally.

The agency hires for senior management, director and C-suite roles. Sectors it recruits in include aviation, construction, facilities management, hospitality, FMCG, management consulting and private household staffing. It says it has helped four major airports, including Dubai International and Abu Dhabi International, hire executives. Its CEO began his career in facilities management, construction and engineering.

Clients range from large multinationals to home-grown startups. The company reports an average time to first interview of three days and a 78% placement rate in 2020 across all roles. It says projects are handled by a team of recruiters rather than one person.
