Edgility Search is a women-owned executive search firm that helps nonprofits, schools and mission-driven organizations find, hire and keep leaders. It is headquartered in California. Its founder and chief executive is Christina Greenberg, who has led dozens of Executive Director and CEO searches.
The firm offers recruitment and sourcing campaigns, executive search, and executive onboarding and evaluation. It also provides guidance on pay equity, performance and growth through Edgility Talent. Its clients work across PK-16 education, workforce and economic mobility, philanthropy and the wider social impact sector, and it runs dedicated searches for charter schools and charter management organisations and for education nonprofits.
Greenberg launched Redwood Circle Consulting in 2010, and in 2016 it merged with another practice to create Edgility. The firm reports that 95% of its executive searches led to successful hires and that more than 80% of placements remain in their roles for at least two years.
