Edex

Edex is an education recruitment agency focused on whole-school recruitment across London. It fills roles from graduate support staff, ECTs and experienced teachers to middle leaders, senior leaders and headteacher-level leadership, as well as back office posts such as admin roles, HR Officers, Finance Managers and Business Managers. It says it specialises in long-term and permanent placements, and its support staff roles run for a full academic year at a minimum.

The company officially launched in 2022 and says its team has more than a decade of combined experience in education recruitment. Ryan Bingham and George Mair are its directors and co-founders. Its consultants cover schools in East, West and South West London, and the team includes former teachers.
