Eden Ritchie Recruitment is a Brisbane recruitment firm that began in February 1996, founded by its directors Justine Eden and Kim Ritchie. It was originally founded on accounting recruitment and now works across executive, accounting, ICT, health and technical roles. It also offers employee selection panel services and HR consulting.

Its clients are Queensland Public and Private Sector organisations. The firm recruits for C-level and board positions, including CEO, CFO, CTO, COO and CPO roles, and says it is experienced in Queensland Government merit based recruitment and selection processes. Its FastERR division was set up for the Queensland Government Office Based Staff Solutions arrangement, which began in November 2014, and fills temporary and permanent roles in areas such as accounts, administration, procurement, HR, policy and project support. The technical division recruits for construction, infrastructure, energy and resource projects, and the health division places executive leadership and clinical professionals in metropolitan, rural and remote locations.

The company reports more than 50 000 candidates on its CRM and says 75% of its business is repeat business.
