Eden Recruitment is a recruitment agency based in Dublin, Ireland. It says it has been placing candidates with Irish and multinational businesses since 1999, and describes itself as fully Irish owned. Its clients include multinational corporations, indigenous Irish companies and government bodies.

The agency recruits in accountancy, banking and finance, information technology, human resources, sales and marketing, science and research, hospitality and office staff roles, and also covers commercial and multilingual positions and executive search. It fills permanent, contract, fixed term contract and full time roles. It says it uses psychometric assessment tools and candidate profiling, and works with hiring managers to understand their challenges and builds job specifications around them. It also manages flexible payroll solutions for its staffing clients.
