Eden Northrop

Eden Northrop is an independent recruitment and talent advisory agency that provides permanent and temporary recruitment to organisations across several sectors. Its headquarters are in Cardiff, and it serves England, Scotland and Wales.

The agency recruits in accounting and finance, business support, admin and HR, engineering and construction, health and social care, hospitality, IT and digital, legal, sales and marketing, and multilingual roles. It says most of its consultants joined directly from industry, and that its team is seven strong.

Eden Northrop says it carries out pre-screening checks, vetting and background checks before putting candidates forward to clients. It also says it does not take on every vacancy or work with every job seeker, and prefers to work with organisations it believes it can help.
