Eden James Consulting

Eden James Consulting is a recruitment consultancy with its head office in Portsmouth. It specialises in technology, operations and underwriting roles within (re)insurance and financial services. It says it has served professionals and businesses in these markets since 2015.

The company works across the Lloyd's, London and regional markets and says it has capability across the UK, Europe and globally. The roles it recruits for include information and cyber security, cloud and DevOps, data science and analytics, software engineering, IT infrastructure, and claims and underwriting operations. It applies an executive search approach to hires at every level, from entry level up to CTO, CIO, CISO, CUO or COO, and works on either an executive search or contingency basis.

Its founders, Miles and Jamie, built on an executive search methodology from their previous companies to create its own recruitment process, the Eden Ladder, which it describes as an 11-step methodology. Its sister company, Claims Recruitment Services, handles claims recruitment, while Eden James Consulting covers areas outside claims.
