ECMStaffing (Emerald City Medical Staffing, Inc) is a healthcare staffing agency founded in 2001 in Tacoma, Washington. It provides nurses and allied healthcare professionals with per diem, local contract and travel contract assignments at facilities in Washington, Oregon, Montana and Arizona.

The company says it employs Registered Nurses across most specialties, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nurse Assistants, Surgical Techs, Respiratory Techs and other allied healthcare professionals. Its services are available to vendors and facilities such as hospitals, clinics, surgery centres, skilled nursing facilities, mental health and psychiatric facilities, assisted living, rehab and detox centres and long-term care facilities.

ECMStaffing began as a business partnership between six family members and one outside investor. Two of the seven original partners remain and manage its daily operations. It is certified as a healthcare staffing agency by the Joint Commission, which the company dates to 2006.
