ECB STAR Group

ECB STAR Group is a retained executive search firm that recruits leaders at executive, C-suite and board level. Its name echoes STAR, short for Search, Talent Advisory and Research, the three services it provides to clients globally. It also lists executive-level RPO among its offerings, alongside searches for board members, the C-suite and their direct reports, and partners and teams.

The firm serves publicly and privately held groups, sponsor-backed organisations and law firms. It says its partners use data-driven insights and hands-on execution, and that experienced partners lead every search. It has offices in New York and London, and Tom Wilkinson is its CEO.
