ECA Partners is an executive search firm based in Santa Monica, California, that works mainly for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. It was founded in 2010 by Atta Tarki as Ex-Consultants Agency, a platform connecting clients with independent consultants, and moved into permanent executive search in 2012. It rebranded as ECA in 2019.

The firm fills C-suite and senior leadership roles such as CEO, COO, CFO and chief accounting officer, alongside operating partner, M&A and strategy positions. It also supplies interim and fractional executives and on-demand consultants. Its sectors are healthcare, business services, industrials and natural resources, consumer and retail, technology and financial services, and it works across North America and beyond. Searches are led by teams that include PhD project managers and former management consultants, and progress is tracked in its own software, CASCADE. It says it has completed more than 4,000 searches in private equity and for portfolio companies, and has served more than 1,000 clients.
