EC1 Partners is a fintech recruitment agency established in London in 2008. It recruits for fintech companies across sales, technology, marketing, product management, professional services, operations, compliance, pre-sales and customer success roles, and works on permanent, contract and interim, and executive search assignments.

Its consultants specialise in electronic trading, buy-side software, RegTech, capital markets software, payments and lending, data, research and analytics, crypto, blockchain and digital assets, and ESG and climate tech. The company says many of its consultants have a background in fintech.

EC1 Partners began with a focus on business development professionals, opened product management and marketing divisions in 2010, opened a New York office in 2013 and widened its remit to contract, interim and retained work. A Singapore office followed in 2015 and a technology division in 2016. It now has offices in London, New York, Miami and Singapore and recruits across EMEA, the US and APAC.
