EasyWork is a Dutch uitzendbureau that places candidates on uitzendbasis, on uitzendbasis with uitzicht op vaste dienst, and through werving en selectie. The company says it is continuously in conversation with employers and is already filling vacancies before they appear online, so candidates who do not see a suitable role on the website are invited to send an open sollicitatie by WhatsApp or email. Alongside placement, EasyWork offers candidates the chance to learn a trade in practice, a company car and support in obtaining a driving licence. It holds NEN 4400-1 certification and the SNF keurmerk.

Its current vacancies show the sectors the company covers. In bouw, installatie en infra it recruits steigerbouwers who build, adapt and dismantle scaffolding on building sites, industrial locations and renovation projects. In accountancy en administratief it fills roles such as junior assistent accountant supporting MKB clients with their administration and figures. It also works in detailhandel en winkel, groothandel and handel in- en verkoop, and in transport en logistiek, with bijrijder and magazijnmedewerker positions. Roles range from posts requiring no formal qualification through to VMBO and MBO level, at 16 to 40 hours a week.

EasyWork operates from four branches: Barneveld at Nieuwstraat 26, Bennekom at Edeseweg 28, Lunteren at Kauwenhoven 76 and Veenendaal at Zandstraat 57, and it advertises work in those towns and in nearby Ede. That branch network keeps the consultants close to both the employers they serve and the candidates they place, which is how the company hears about vacancies before they are advertised. Employers and jobseekers can register directly on the site, choosing between looking for a medewerker and looking for a new challenge.
