EasySearch is a Danish recruitment company that offers a complete search process, including shortlist, motivation and qualification of candidates, for a fixed price of 20,000 kr. It carries out all types of recruitment and positions the model as both better and cheaper than clients doing the work themselves. The company has built what it calls a new and maximally digitalised recruitment concept, which it says secures qualified recruitment at the best price in the market. Its recruitment consultants are experienced business leaders with large personal networks, each of whom has completed more than 100 recruitments as a manager in private industry, and assignments are handled in small teams so the process stays personal.

EasySearch recruits all kinds of profiles, from specialists to middle managers, and draws on many years of hands on experience across a range of sectors. The work it publishes covers graphic staff, marketing and administration hires, software developers and IT technical consultants, and a digital specialist for a marketing department. The company is certified in the Thomas Person Profil Analyse, a digital analysis it describes as ideal for the final choice between the leading candidates. It argues that the best candidates are not actively job seeking, so advertising alone produces limited success, and that a proactive effort is needed to tap the right people on the shoulder.

The company works with Danish employers and also welcomes approaches from potential candidates for its emnedatabase. Its method runs in three stages: Define, where the requirement specification, job profile, candidate profile, advertising media and search input are agreed with the client; Search, where consultants work their own networks alongside searches and approaches through LinkedIn and other CV databases; and Select, where the researcher builds a gross list of five to ten candidates, the client picks three to five for interview by the recruitment consultant and is then presented with the finalists.
