Easy-Hire is a recruitment consultancy built around a single promise, that talent hunting is its own talent, and its stated job is to find reliable, well trained staff for the companies it serves. Working to the client's specification, Easy-Hire presents interested applicants who match the job description, drawn either from its own database or approached directly, then arranges interviews and manages the application process through to the hire. The firm follows a five stage method: Auftragsklärung to clarify the detailed requirements for the future employee, Kandidatensuche to approach candidates with the desired profile from its network or by fresh acquisition, Kennenlernen through virtual or in person meetings with the candidates the client chooses, Vertragsverhandlung where it supports the negotiation of employment contracts, and finally Vertragsunterzeichnung. Acting as a third party during negotiation is deliberate, since the consultancy sees its role as keeping communication smooth and heading off misunderstandings.

The consultancy is a specialist rather than a generalist. It supports companies in the DACH region specifically with filling their IT vacancies, and its client facing material is organised around two entry points, one for employers with a role to fill and one for people looking for a role. Easy-Hire will brief employers on current candidates and on its terms on request.

For candidates the firm runs a job portal and offers to help with the search for a new professional challenge, working in what it calls a trusting partnership. It commits to being a single fixed point of contact through the entire application process, up to contract signature and onwards through the settling in period in the new role.
