EastRecruiting is a Personalvermittlung, a recruitment and placement company, that recruits and places workers from Eastern Europe with employers in Germany. It states that it holds the largest personnel database in Eastern Europe, returns candidate proposals within 48 hours and can supply staff within three to five days. Its named Berufsgruppen are Baugewerbe, covering Hochbau, Tiefbau, Handwerker and Vermessung and Bauzeichner roles; Gastronomie and Hotellerie, covering Koch and Koechin, Servicekraefte, Kuechenhilfe and Rezeptionist, with hotel, bar and restaurant staff offered from a one off 949 euro fee; Logistik, covering LKW-Fahrer, Staplerfahrer and Kommissionierer; Landwirtschaft, including Pferdepfleger and seasonal Erntehelfer; Produktionshelfer for production lines, including large gangs; Technik; and Gebaeudereinigung, supplying trained Gebaeudereiniger and unskilled Reinigungskraefte. The company recruits in Poland, Romania, Lithuania, Ukraine and Russia, and maintains dedicated services for Personalvermittlung Polen and Personalvermittlung Rumaenien.
