East Partnership is a boutique executive search firm based in Sydney, Australia. It was established in 2011 by Alastair Chell and Susie Moore and works with organisations across Australia, New Zealand and the broader APAC region.

The firm concentrates on four sectors: investment banking, financing and markets; private capital; corporate development, strategy and treasury; and funds management and distribution. Its main service is executive search for organisations seeking growth and succession in their leadership teams. A separate recruiting team covers junior to mid level positions, often building teams once a leadership hire is complete.
