Earlyhood Recruitment is a recruitment agency that works exclusively in the early childhood sector. It places casual and permanent educators, teachers and directors, through to senior leadership, with early learning services including long daycare, preschool, OOSH care and community schools.

The company operates across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland, with recruitment services in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Its services include a casual booking portal and app, permanent staffing, an executive recruitment offering called Earlyhood Executive, and a monthly retainer arrangement with unlimited placements. It was founded by Nikita Cosgrave.

Earlyhood says it has over 30 years of early childhood recruitment experience behind it, and reports 560 candidates placed and 10,000 casual shifts filled. It says most of its consultants come directly from a childcare background.
