E4 People

E4 People is an Australian healthcare staffing agency founded in 2012 and headquartered in Sydney. It was started by Edward Freeman and Josh Hill, who is chief executive, and was known as E4 Recruitment until a rebrand in 2025.

The agency recruits across three divisions: aged care, hospitals and remote care, and allied health. Its aged care team places registered nurses, enrolled nurses, personal care workers and clinical management staff in residential facilities. The hospitals and remote care division places travel nurses in public and private hospitals, including rural, regional and remote facilities. Allied health roles include physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists and podiatrists. Work is offered as agency shifts, travel nursing and contracts, or permanent placements. The business began as a specialist permanent recruiter and added temporary and contract work in 2019.

It supplies staff to clients in all Australian states and territories. The company reports more than 700 clients, over 7,000 placements since 2012 and more than 50 internal team members.
