E&M Resourcing is a white-collar recruitment company based in West Perth, Western Australia. It describes itself as a boutique technical recruitment agency specialising in engineering and mining roles. It supports permanent and fixed-term recruitment, as well as on-hire workers, for companies in Mining and Resources, Energy, Renewables, Engineering, EPC and EPCM in Australia.

The roles it recruits for include engineering disciplines such as mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation, control systems, civil and structural, and process.
