Duolog

Duolog is a Finnish staffing company, based in Vantaa, that recruits for logistics, property maintenance, environmental maintenance, infrastructure-related machine operator roles and production work across the country. It supplies staff for both temporary and permanent needs, and looks for professional drivers, warehouse and terminal workers, shelvers, machine operators, and property maintenance and production workers.

The company says its first employee started driving for a client in 2006, and that it now has more than 350 employees working at client companies, most of them professional drivers. It has focused on logistics staffing from the start and originally served companies in logistics, especially transport firms. Driver recruitment and resourcing still make up a large part of its work, while warehouse and production staffing is growing, it says.

Its retail service supports retail logistics, with dozens of shelvers stocking Sinebrychoff products in the Helsinki metropolitan area. For property maintenance clients it places machine operators, snow clearance workers and other maintenance staff.
