Dunes Consulting is a recruitment agency based in Tauranga, New Zealand, that recruits for the built environment. It fills jobs in construction, engineering and architecture, and works with construction, engineering, architectural and property clients in Tauranga, Hamilton and the wider Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions.

Its services are recruitment, an on-demand recruitment service and employment branding. Under the on-demand model it acts as a client's internal recruitment consultant, managing the whole recruitment process, placing adverts, screening candidates and headhunting. The employment branding service draws on a client's employer value proposition to help attract and retain staff.

Darren A'Court is the owner and a recruitment consultant. Tiffany A'Court, who joined in early 2022, is the office manager. The company says it donates $250 of the recruitment fee to a local charity, and that a portion of its revenue goes to local charities.
