Duke & Duchess International is a private household staffing agency that places childcare, education and household staff with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families and their family offices. It was founded in 2013 by Carrie-Ann Pryke, whose earlier career took in child protection, education, international teaching and work as a governess and private tutor.

Its work falls into three areas. Childcare and education covers nannies, maternity nurses, governesses and tutors. Private household management covers house and estate managers, butlers, chefs, housekeepers, chauffeurs and domestic couples. Family office and lifestyle covers private assistants, chiefs of staff, executive assistants and close protection.

The company has offices in London, Dubai and Moscow, with its head office in London. It says it works with a small portfolio of clients, assigns one consultant to each household, and assesses candidates for character as well as capability. It also runs a network of private staffing professionals who gain access to roles with client families.
