Duke and Rawson is a legal search and recruitment consultancy with its head office in London. It was founded and is managed by lawyers who have worked in private practice with international law firms, and it focuses on global legal markets.

The firm has a Private Practice division and an In-house division, which handle moves at all levels from newly qualified lawyers to senior Partner and General Counsel positions. In private practice it recruits lawyers for Magic Circle, Silver Circle, White Shoe and other US firms in London and globally. It also works with mid-tier London firms and their international offices, local firms in foreign jurisdictions, off-shore firms, and national, niche and boutique firms in the UK. It arranges Partner and Associate moves abroad through its international law firm relationships. The In-house division recruits lawyers for the legal teams of companies and institutions of all sizes.

Alongside search and recruitment, it offers compensation surveys, market confidence data and due diligence at client request.
