DSC Resources is a Colorado-based recruiting firm that places IT, scientific and engineering professionals across the U.S. It was founded in 2004 by Lyndal and Jesse Kreidler, who had spent more than 50 combined years in international staffing companies before launching the business. Lyndal Kreidler is President and Jesse Kreidler is Vice President of Business Development. The firm describes itself as a founder-led team, with clients working directly with its owners and senior team.

Its work is organised into four specialties. IT and technology roles run from helpdesk to C-suite, across infrastructure, development and cybersecurity. Data and analytics roles include data engineers, analysts and BI specialists. Corporate and operational roles cover finance, HR, project management and operations. Scientific and laboratory roles range from QA/QC to research scientists and lab managers, across life sciences, healthcare and research environments.

Clients range from startups to established enterprises. The firm offers contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire placements, and retained search for executive, leadership and hard-to-fill specialised roles.
