Drive Personnel

Drive Personnel is a labour hire company founded in Western Australia in 2019. It supplies skilled labour to engineering, mining, maintenance, construction and civil companies, and its work covers the mining, oil and gas, petroleum, chemical, refining and construction industries.

The company says it keeps a growing database of skilled trades, from labourers through to site coordinators. Workers can be placed across different locations and schedules and are paid through a single payslip, and clients can use the labour to manage peak periods. The team reports combined experience of over 100 years across multiple sectors.

Drive Personnel is directed by Milena Djurasiovic and Josh Fowler, with Oliver Healy as principal. It is based in West Perth and works alongside two connected brands: AndersElite, which covers white collar and technical recruitment, and Impact Personnel, which covers blue collar recruitment.
