The company recruits across four areas. Agency, new homes and mortgages is where it began, and covers negotiators, valuers, branch managers, new homes sales staff, and mortgage and protection advisers. Investment, finance, development and technical covers analysts, surveyors, quantity surveyors and project managers for developers, investors and consultancies. Real estate management and operations covers block, estate and facilities managers for managing agents, landlords and Build to Rent operators. Business support covers administrators, PAs, marketers, accounts and HR staff, on permanent, contract and temporary terms.

The company reports that 90 per cent of its placements are still in post a year later, and that its team has more than 50 years of combined property and recruitment experience.
