Dna Recruit is a search and career consultancy based in London that recruits for marketing and advertising agencies and for client-side employers. Ali Wallace and Jo Suter founded it in 2008, and Wallace is its founder and CEO. It covers London, the UK and the wider world, across permanent, interim and contract employment.

Its focus sectors include business development, client services, creative and design, digital marketing, events and experiential, data and analytics, media planning, PR and communications, project management, technology, UX and UI, and C-suite and executive appointments. It also places freelance staff on short-term assignments.

Its services are organised as DNA Grow, a contingency recruitment option for contract, freelance and permanent hires; DNA Adapt, a hybrid approach to senior hires; and DNA Evolve, a fully retained service for executive appointments. It also offers outplacement support, embedded recruitment staff under the name HIDDEN by DNA, and DNA Screen, a cloud-based video interview tool. The company says it is one of the first fully remote recruitment businesses in the UK. Its head office is in Kings Cross, London.
