DMarie + Co

DMarie + Co is a boutique recruiting company based in Denver, Colorado, that specialises in human resources roles. It describes itself as a national firm and says it works with clients from startups to Fortune 500 companies across the U.S., in all industries. It also names Denver and Colorado Springs as places where it handles HR recruiting needs.

The company fills HR positions on a permanent basis and for short-term assignments, and it provides HR consulting through consultants who work in high-level areas of HR. It says it works at low volume rather than high volume, and that 90% of its candidates are referred to it. Its process covers defining the position with the client, sourcing, screening, interviewing and post-hire support. It says the time from receiving an assignment to an accepted offer is typically less than 35 days.

Clients can engage it on a contingent, container or retainer basis, which differ in fee structure, exclusivity and length of guarantee.
