Directorbank

Directorbank is an executive search firm that recruits executive and non-executive directors for private equity-backed, privately-owned and AIM-listed companies and the wider mid-market. It works for private equity investors and their portfolio companies, and also offers a pre-deal recruitment service to investors.

Its three services are board search, interim solutions and pre-deal support for private equity. It says it has completed over 2,000 appointments across leadership functions and has supported over 100 private equity houses at the pre-deal and portfolio stages. The firm completed a management buyout in 2017 and says it is owned and managed by search professionals.

Directorbank has offices in London and Frankfurt, with consultants working across the regions. Its UK team operates nationally, while its German team covers the DACH region and adjacent territories and, the firm says, accounts for almost half of its work. It also runs a candidate network for executive and non-executive directors.
