Digital Waffle

Digital Waffle is a tech and digital recruitment agency based in Birmingham. It was founded in 2018, and Harry Griffiths and Andrew Ward are named as its co-founders.

The agency recruits permanent, contract and executive-level talent across tech, marketing and sales, IT, data and operations. Its client sectors include SaaS, FinTech, ecommerce, MedTech, manufacturing and FMCG, and professional services and legal. It places digital talent with growing businesses across the UK and Europe. It says it does not set daily KPIs for its consultants, and reports placing its 1000th candidate in 2021. It signed its first RPO agreement in 2019 and publishes annual UK salary guides covering marketing, sales, tech, IT and data.

Beyond Birmingham, it has offices in London, Berlin, New York, San Francisco, Austin and Kuala Lumpur. Its Berlin branch was established in 2018 and a USA team launched in 2022.
