Digital Spaces Allegiance, known as DSA, is a recruitment solution provider specialising in the information technology industry. It is a 100 per cent black female owned and managed company with B-BBEE Level One status, and its consultants are young black professional women with more than three years of recruitment experience each. The company reports over four years of experience in recruitment, more than 50 candidates placed in South Africa and more than 14 clients served. Information technology is the core specialism, covering Java, C#, PHP and Python developers, mobile developers, network security specialists and software engineering. It provides shore and offshore shipping and maritime recruitment, and specialist supply chain, procurement, freight and logistics recruitment. Its engineering desk places design, construction, quality and maintenance personnel across all engineering disciplines. Screening is thorough: with the assistance of MIE it verifies qualifications, credit records, fraud records, criminal records, driver's licences and citizenship, and it carries out a minimum of two in depth reference checks with previous employers covering standard of work, employee relationships, disciplinary hearings, attitude and timeliness.
