Digital Native is a boutique technology recruitment firm founded in Brisbane in 2016 and headquartered there. It began by recruiting software engineers, product managers and technical leaders for Queensland technology companies, and now recruits across software engineering, enterprise IT, data, DevOps and cloud, and infrastructure and security. Its clients include startups, scale-ups, enterprises and government.

The firm offers permanent recruitment, contract and temporary staffing, executive search for CTO, VP Engineering and Head of Technology roles, and talent advisory work such as employment branding and sourcing strategy design. One consultant runs each search from brief to start date, and permanent hires carry a minimum three-month replacement guarantee. For contractors it handles payroll, super, insurances and compliance, and it offers temp-to-perm pathways. It is an approved Queensland Government supplier, a LocalBuy pre-qualified supplier for councils, and a licensed labour hire provider.
