The roles it recruits include copywriters, UI and UX designers, video production, web design, cyber security, data, development, DevOps, mobile, software engineering and AI. It hires on both permanent and contract terms, and says its consultants focus on the UK's digital, data and tech markets.

The company says it was founded in 2008 by a handful of consultants. It launched in North America in 2019 and later in Dubai, and it has offices in London and Manchester. Since 2024 it has been part of the Swipejobs group, a digital jobs exchange founded in 2014 and headquartered in Sydney. The company reports a vetted database of over 200,000 digital, creative and marketing candidates. It also sponsors the UK charity RISE UP, which helps young people into work.
