Digital Downunder is an IT and digital recruitment company serving the Sydney and Melbourne markets. It specialises in engineering, product and design roles and is based in Bondi Junction, New South Wales.

In engineering it recruits frontend, backend, full stack and mobile developers. In design it covers UX/UI designers, service designers and product designers. In product and delivery it fills roles such as product manager, delivery manager, business analyst and digital producer. The company says it has over ten years of experience in IT and digital recruitment.

It was founded by Nick Saunders, an engineering recruiter who has recruited in IT and tech for over ten years. He started in London and moved to Sydney, and says he has spent over six years recruiting in Australia.
