DFP Recruitment is a national recruitment agency in Australia, established in 1981. It says it has more than 45 years of experience and delivers temporary, contract, permanent and high-volume recruitment to government, private and not-for-profit organisations. Its specialist teams recruit across government, technology, health, resources, contact centres, legal, financial services and professional corporate roles. It reports extensive experience working with Federal and State Government agencies on large-scale recruitment projects.

Other services include graduate recruitment, recruitment process outsourcing, payroll management, scribing, HR solutions and outplacement and career transition. Work can be delivered as a fully managed end-to-end service or as unbundled support. For contact centre hiring it uses a simulated contact centre environment to assess candidates, known as The Simulator.
