Devotum

Devotum is a Swedish staffing and recruitment company that serves the property sector. It started in 2005 with the aim of supplying experienced personnel to property companies, and it now also works in other parts of the community building sector, including infrastructure.

Its staffing service supplies consultants for temporary needs or when specialist skills are required. Its recruitment service uses competence-based processes. The roles it fills range from managers, property managers and technicians to economists and administrators.

Devotum has its head office in Stockholm, with consultants and candidates across Sweden. Consultants can either invoice through their own company or be employed by Devotum under a collective agreement with Almega. The company offers to repeat a recruitment free of charge if the client or the candidate ends the employment within six months.
