Dermaut Recruitment & Selection, also written Dermaut R&S, is a recruitment and selection firm with offices in Kortrijk and Brussels. It offers recruitment and selection and direct search, and its clients are SMEs, multinationals and public sector organisations.

Its direct search work means proactively looking for a given profile based on a job description, usually a person who is already employed and is latently looking for a new challenge. Its consultants work in four departments: Sales and Marketing, Management, Finance and Admin, and Engineering. Roles it fills include account managers, business developers, plant managers, CFOs, credit controllers, quality engineers and project managers.

Managing director Christian Dermaut has been active in the sector since 1992 and works with a team of recruitment consultants who each have their own niche. The firm says its consultants together have almost 100 years of experience in recruitment.
