Derks & Derks is a Dutch recruitment and talent development firm that specialises in Life Sciences and Healthcare. It is based in Amersfoort and also has a Biotech office at Pivot Park in Oss, open by appointment. Jan Derks, the director, started the company in 2001, and the company says it has been active in these sectors for more than 25 years.

It serves pharmaceutical, medical devices, biotech and food companies, as well as hospitals, health insurers, care organisations and government bodies. Its services are permanent recruitment, temporary and interim placement, talent development, executive education and HR research. It fills executive, management and specialist roles, such as quality, supply chain, commercial and market access positions, and says it holds a database of 25,000 higher educated professionals. Jan Derks puts the team at 70 professionals.

Derks & Derks started INRALS, an international network of recruitment agencies specialised in Life Sciences. Through the joint venture Key4Nova, formed with the French firm CDG Conseil, it also works in Belgium, France and Luxembourg.
