The third model enables long-term flexibility: clients need long-term support without adding to permanent payroll, requesting what in German is termed Arbeitnehmerüberlassung (employee outsourcing or temporary staffing). The firm sources suitable candidate and recommends an organisation that will employ them and provide them to clients, with provision payable once based on candidate's annual gross salary. In all three models, actual commission percentage is matter of negotiation. A key principle is that provision becomes due only after successful completion of candidate probation period, aligning firm's interests with candidate success.
