DentalProfs

DentalProfs is a recruitment agency based in Nijmegen that places staff in dental care in the Netherlands. It helps dental personnel find jobs and shape their careers, and helps employers in the dental sector fill positions with qualified dental staff. Its services for employers include recruitment and selection as well as temporary staffing.

The company says it is in daily contact with clients and candidates across the Netherlands and that its staff have broad experience in personnel placement. Every candidate is spoken to personally, by phone or video call.

Candidates register, then have an intake interview, are matched with a vacancy and introduced to a dental practice. A trial day can follow, after which the candidate is offered an employment contract or an agreement for self-employed professionals. The company states that placement and posting vacancies are free and that a guarantee scheme applies.
