Delta Staffing

Delta Staffing is a recruitment and staffing firm founded by Brad McKouen in January 2003. It fills jobs at every level, from skilled and support roles such as administrative, logistics, technicians and machinists, through professionals including engineers, accountants, teachers and project managers, to management and executives.

It recruits in automotive, automation and robotics, manufacturing, intelligent transportation, finance and accounting, and education. Clients can hire on a contract, contract-to-hire or direct hire basis. Contractors are on Delta's payroll, and the company says it does not bill for a contractor who quits or is let go for cause in the first three days. Direct hire is on a contingent basis, with no fee unless the client hires. Contractors receive benefits including a monthly health insurance contribution, dental and vision cover, paid time off and a 401(k) plan.

Searches follow what it calls the Precision Hiring System, a four-step process that it says is run only by experienced recruiters. Candidates are prescreened with questions supplied by the client, and the company says clients usually see candidates in about a week. It also runs interviews and helps close the offer.
