Dedicated Staffing Solutions

Dedicated Staffing Solutions, abbreviated to DSS, is a recruitment and employment services business serving the construction industry, with a focus on residential building and construction. It is based in Caboolture, Queensland, and serves South East Queensland. The company says it found strong demand in the industry for boutique professional recruitment services.

Managing director Julie Bolitho has worked in the residential building and construction sector for over 30 years, with construction companies, trade colleges and not for profit organisations, and for more than five years with HIA. Her earlier work with HIA included bringing motivated young people through to work alongside tradespeople.

DSS says it follows a Professional Code of Conduct with RCSA and AHRI Model of Excellence. Alongside recruitment, it assists businesses with education, skills development and training, change management, workforce solutions and labour market trends.
