Decisive Talent is a specialist technical recruitment business serving the infrastructure, energy and resources sectors across Australia. Its markets of operation include roads and highways, rail, bridges, water and utilities, tunnels, wind and solar, defence and mining. It is led by Director Andy Hitchcock.

Beyond recruitment, it offers career advice, executive search, team building, salary benchmarking, market insights and analysis, resume and job search advice, and onboarding services. It says it runs a business model in which the candidate comes first.

Its process begins with an analysis of the client's requirements, followed by sourcing candidates through its industry network and job boards. Candidates are screened and assessed through skill tests, behavioural interviews and reference checks. The company then presents a shortlist, coordinates interviews, and assists with offer negotiations and onboarding.
