De Gouden Job

AB Zuid-Holland, which operates the website at degoudenjob.nl, is a Dutch personnel organisation that has been connecting employers and jobseekers since 1959. It calls itself a mensen organisatie and works across landbouw, food, groenvoorziening and productie, covering everything from uitzenden and detachering to arbeidscontract and salarisadministratie so that it can find the right match for a company or a career. More than 75,000 jobseekers have gone through the organisation, and it advertises over 100 vacancies in the region at any time. Candidates are promised a personal guide who works on their behalf, a fair salary and good employment conditions, plenty of room to grow and develop, and a job that suits them within seven days. The work on offer ranges from temporary uitzendwerk to a permanent job in loondienst, and from operating a machine or working outdoors to an office career.

The organisation is structured as a coöperatie that employers can join, and alongside staffing it provides agrarische diensten including bedrijfsverzorging, klauwverzorging, opruwen stalvloer and machinale boomteelt. Vacancies are grouped both by function and by sector: productie, logistiek, administratief, verkoop, techniek, glastuinbouw, veehouderij, groen, transport, food, landbouw and boomkwekerij. Live roles listed on the site show that spread, including a Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst Techniek in Rotterdam, an Inkoper Planten en Decoratiematerialen in Boskoop, an Office Assistent in Den Haag, a Tomaten Teeltmedewerker in Naaldwijk, a Bosmaaier in Schiedam and an Operator klimaatschermen in Maasdijk, all advertised at 32 to 40 hours.
