About the Agency
De Flexperts is a Belgian staffing agency based in Zemst that supplies flexi-job workers to employers. Its workers are people who want to earn extra income in their own professional field, and businesses employ them at the flexi-job rate. The agency holds a temporary employment agency recognition for the Flemish Region.
It places flexi-jobbers in administration, shop assistance, hospitality, cleaning help, sales, marketing, gardening, transport, production, reception and bookkeeping. The company says its workers are screened, have the qualifications for the job and meet the flexi-job conditions. Employers can use them only where and when needed, as a supplement to their existing staff.
The company serves two groups: businesses that need extra staff, and people looking for a side income who register as a Flexpert.
