Dc Personnel

Dc Personnel is a multi-sector recruitment agency based in Leicester, supplying staff to clients in the industrial, engineering and commercial sectors across the East Midlands and operating across Leicestershire. It provides temporary and permanent staff, and its industrial division also supplies contract staff.

The business was launched in 2020 by director Daniel Connor, who has over 13 years' experience in recruitment, mainly in the industrial sector. Sean Bruce is a senior consultant. The company says it finds temporary and permanent work for hundreds of people every month across Leicester and the surrounding area.

Candidates are offered free advice with application forms, CV writing and interview technique. For employers, the company says it creates bespoke staffing solutions, and that calls are answered by its own team, not a third party, at any hour on every day of the year.
