DB Search Group

DB Search Group is a national executive search firm founded in 2006, with offices in Los Angeles, California, and Minneapolis, Minnesota. It places senior and executive leadership and human resource management professionals, from middle management to C-level, with companies of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 100 corporations.

The firm provides a full-cycle search and placement service. It says its talent pool consists mainly of passive candidates who are already employed, rather than applicants from online job boards, and it offers a guarantee on the placements it makes. The Los Angeles office is the corporate headquarters. The firm was founded by Devin Blanks, who is its president.

For candidates, it provides consultation and coaching, along with resume writing, salary consulting and an interview preparation kit.
