Dayjob Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency for the manufacturing and construction sectors, with a focus on the Australian stone benchtop manufacturing industry. It was founded in 2016 and has its headquarters in Pyrmont, New South Wales, from where it serves stone fabrication businesses across Australia.

The agency recruits skilled tradespeople and other staff in three areas. In metal fabrication these include CNC operators, boilermakers, welders, mechanical fitters, production workers and sheet metal workers. In the stone industry they include stonemasons, fabricators, benchtop installers, site measurers, CNC bridge saw operators, water jet operators, draftspeople and rock wall builders. In construction it places engineers, project managers, estimators, draftspeople and supervisors.

It says it works with clients ranging from small rural factories to large corporations, and reports 20 to 25 active clients, more than 394 stone fabrication businesses in its database and over 500 specialised candidates. It also runs a job board for stonemason and stone industry roles, with vacancies in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra.
